Definition:
Boopers are farts or flatulence. As a kid growing up (1970's), it was the only term we used for farts. It may, in fact, be a baby-talk term.
Usage:
Upon smelling a fart: "Ok! Who made a booper?!?"
Explanation:
No explanation. Until I was a teen, I thought it was a normal American English word! Am curious to learn if anyone else has encountered this word and useage? It may have either a Yiddish or Hungarian origin, BTW.
