A: This is based on the wisdom that King Solomon ( in the Bible) showed when asked to make a decision. There were two women that claimed one baby as their own. When asked to decide this, Solomon ordered that the baby be cut in half and be given to the women. One of the women said, "NO!! Give him to her!" Solomon then knew that she was the baby's mother and gave the baby to her.
