Definition:
Similar to a Chav or a Chola in the United States. (Except not likely to be Hispanic.) A Kevin usually wears Burberry knock-off hats, large gold earrings and drives a car with lights underneath it. Generally spotted hanging around corner shop or dropping 'Es' with their 'mates.' A Kevin may also be a Ricer or Boy Racer.
Usage:
"He is SUCH a Kevin! Check out that bottle of cider!"
