Wealthy people, usually snobs. Can also be used to designate the supposed morally "high and mighty."

Usage:
"You oughta be careful in the eastern part of the county. That's where the tall people live." Or, "I don't trust those men at the college. All a bunch of tall people if you ask me."

The word jag relates to poking stabbing. A jagger is a prikly item found on jagger or thorn bushes.

Usage:
Quit bothering me you jag off.

To straighten up or tidy something, usually a desk or living space.

Usage:
"Go redd your room, we're having company tonight."

Definition:
Any shrub-like plant with thorns or burrs, like a thistle or briar.

Usage:
"I fell into a jagger bush and now I have scrapes all over my knees."
