How is it used?:
This is a minor insult used to make people more angry at you than they are already. Also, it can be used in an expression showing defiance to a person or against doing something. Best results are when you say it right in someone's face. It is pronounced Ah as in what the dentist tells you to say before he puts the toothbrush thingy in your mouth and then a loud raspberry at the person. This can be a long or a short one.
For instance:
Someone tries to get you to move or to give up your place in line. You don't want to? Just say this then.
"Ah thbtttttttttttttt."
Laughing or smiling ruins the effect.
What does it mean?:
It doesn't mean anything, just an expression of defiance or of insult.
How did it come to be used this way?:
Eye of the Tiger of Dancing Dog Productions said it once to someone in the movie "Kazoo of Time" shen she did not want to move. It has been used ever since.
