Definition of: Wadjak man

A hominid (Homo wadjakensis), probably of the third interglacial period, and represented solely by two skulls found near Wadjak, Java, in 1891: of larger cranial capacity than earlier types but otherwise controversial because of the crushed condition of the remains and inadequate investigation at the site.
